I must say a BIG THANK YOU TO VALENTIN & SON. My daughter had a gas leak at her home and PG&E shut her gas off. After experiencing some scheduling issues with the landlord. Valentin already came by and no one was home to let him in. So when I called him to see if he can circle back to my daughter's home. He said he'll try his best to stop by again later that day. WELL HE KEPT HIS PROMISE & CAME BACK TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE WHERE HE FOUND 4 GAS LEAKS TOTAL. His son repaired the gas leak inside at the wall heater quickly and efficiently. Valentin explained everything to me as it was being repaired, which was going to be a 2 day repair. They came back the next day and fixed the remaining 3 leaks outside of my daughter's home. They both were very knowledgeable and very professional at their job. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD! Definitely recommend this company to my friends and family members. My daughter said he even stayed there until PG&E came back out to turn the gas back on to confirm NO MORE GAS LEAKS. Highly recommend Valice Plumbing and Mr. Navarro. About two weeks ago, our 20+-year-old water heater suddenly failed. I contacted Mr. Navarro around 3 PM, and he came out the same evening to assess the issue and provide an estimate. The very next morning, he arrived early and started the work right away. The price he quoted was very reasonable, and he took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and the entire process. As promised, everything was done cleanly and professionally. He thoroughly cleaned up the water that had leaked from the old heater and neatly organized all pipes and fittings after installation. Mr. Navarro is polite, professional, and very friendly. He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, which made the whole process stress-free. In fact, about five years ago, he had installed a sink in our laundry room, and we were extremely satisfied back then as well. That positive experience is exactly why we contacted him again as soon as the water heater failed. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the follow-up service was just as solid. He also handled the permit and inspection responsibly all the way to the end. There was an unexpected delay in completing the inspection, which required rescheduling, but Mr. Navarro stayed on top of the process and ensured everything was properly completed. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of work, professionalism, and reliability. I called Valice Plumbing around 8:30 am and they were able to come out same day at noon. We had a sewer drain that was backed up and they quickly fixed the issue. They also ran a camera so we could see if there were any other issues with the sewer line. I had a great experience, they were profesional, and answered all my questions. Mr. Navarror and his son came out to our home to fix a leak on our water heater. I had another well known company come out earlier that morning and they quoted me $800 and told me it would be a 2hr fix. Mr. Navarror came out that very same day fixed the leak, changed the spout and drained the water heater for $150 and did it in less than a hour. Great job! I called Valice Plumbing for an estimate on Thursday and talked to Val, the owner. Very good communication and decided to go with him. He was by far the most reasonable in price. There was a leak in one of the water lines going into the water heater tank that had dripped down the side of the tank and was rotting out the platform the tank was on. Val and his son came and completed the work on Friday. They needed to repair the lines and put in new valves (to meet current code) as well as replacing the tank (it was getting old). They explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I've been calling Valice Plumbing for the past 3 years and I've always received great service. Recently, I had an emergency with a leaking shower valve, and Mr. Navarro was at my house in no time. While he was working on that repair, he noticed a separate, much bigger issue. It turned out there was about 10 feet of heavily corroded pipe under the house that was leaking every time I ran the dishwasher, did laundry, or used the kitchen sink. Not only did he immediately identify this major problem, but he and his crew were able to completely replace the entire section of pipe in a single day. The crew is always professional, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called on Monday morning for non-emergency service. Quote by mid afternoon and scheduled for the next day! By Tuesday at 5pm, work was complete and holes that were necessary in the walls were patched and painted such that you couldn't really see that any work was done. Valice and his team of plumbers did a great job at my place. My bathroom shower drain had been backed up for several months and when I finally had several plumbers come and fix it, they told me the pipes had been corroded almost shut and that I would have to cut open my bathroom tile, foundation, and replace the tubing. I contacted Valice for an estimate on that work and he recommended trying out the air snake first. I was hesitant because I had already had 2-3 other plumbers try with their own snakes and still couldnt fix the drainage. Valice and Manny arrived early and knocked it out in about 10 minutes or less, saving me a few thousand dollars in repairs I was going to have to do to cut up my bathroom floor. Top notch team! Valice Plumbing rescued me! My old hot water heater went out so I went to two big box stores to price out a new tankless water heater. I was quoted that it would be between $7,500 - $9,000 for the water heater plus install. The quote from Valice came in significantly under that and they did excellent work. I called on Saturday and the new tankless water heater was installed on Monday. Val and his crew were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Valentine and has team dod excellent job in enhancing the water softener drainage. They did user the camera to find where the sewer pipe and fixed accordingly. Also they did fixed the drywall and painted after finished the job and cleaned the debris too.

I was having issues with my water heater pilot. Called Old Republic Home Warranty who sent a technician out who told me that I need to flush my water heater because the issue will happen again. Searched for a plumbing company and found many but spoke to directly to owner of Valice Plumbing who was very kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and was accommodating. His sons who work with him are also very kind and knowledgeable. While he was here flushing the water heater, it went out again! Owner assisted me by calling the Whirlpool manufacturer for the water heater. Come to find out the parts were recalled which explained why mine was malfunctioning! The manufacturer sent me the parts free of charge. I would have never knew to call if it wasnt for Valice Plumbing. He stayed with me the entire time until the call ended and order was complete! Even offered to come back and install the parts for me. I absolutely recommend Valice Plumbing! They are a Local family owned business and licensed contractor! Hes legit and he exceeded my expectations! Fair pricing too! Other companies I called in stockton were quoting way higher pricing! Valice Plumbing has way better pricing.

Who do you know will come out at 6pm on a Friday and replace a 100 gal commerical water heater Valice plumbing that's who! I called Val at 5pm to check out my water heater because my tenants were complaining they didn't have ANY hot water. Very professional, father and son duo! It was explained to me what they were going to do to help clear up the main line and the cost.

The men were very professional and talkative. We engaged in many conversations while they unclogged our sink and changed out the garbage disposal. They even corrected some of the piping under the sink.. I was disappointed that we needed a new disposal, but these things happen. Valentine has been great to work with for the past three years. He has repaired broken pipes, install new equipment for our businesses as well as our rentals and home. His wife and son are wonderful people and I feel like Im calling on family to come and help. His work is top-notch and he is very dependable. We have been very happy with. We used Valice plumbing twice and both time their service was amazing. In July of 2022, our water heater was leaking, Val was able to come out the same day and worked through the evening to replace it. Today, a year and half later, the water heater started leaking from the bottom. We called Val and once again, him and his son showed up and did not disappoint. They truly felt badly about the water heater (which wasnt even their fault). They called customer service since the water heater was under warranty (thank god), went to Home Depot and changed out the water heater. We are so grateful for their time and commitment to their work. They are dependable, respectful and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Valice Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Great service. He was able to help me diagnose my problem with my water heater over the phone. When the part came in he was at me house within a timely manner and was able to repair my water heater in less time than he originally quoted me. Great service will be using again in the future.

Val was Awesome! he came out right away, he communicated the whole time he was on the job by sending me videos and texts and calls. My water heater stopped working, out of the blue and I was dreading to call a plumber because of how expensive it is. After looking at some options the first business I decide to call and get a quote was from Valice. Naturally the first thing I asked for was a quote for coming out and inspecting the issue then I ask for a quote for the repairs. Mr Valentino and his son came out that same night and assessed the issue, very professional and straightforward gentleman told me what the issue was said he can repair it showed me pictures and videos of his previous work. We set up payment arrangement and Mr Valentino kept me updated from the moment he placed the order to the moment they arrived, I felt like there was time no wasted and the job was completed within a week maybe! Im very happy with his work and will gladly recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

5 stars isnt a high enough rating for Valentine. Our shower valve broke this morning and he scheduled us for a same-day service, completing everything before 5pm. He has great work ethic and a friendly demeanor to boot. Weve got a few home renovation projects ahead and Im glad we found a reliable plumber. 10/10 highly recommend!
