Plumber provided prompt service and fixed my problem with the broken shower cartridge the same morning after locating the right part. The tricky thing was to identify and find the right part (cartridge), or else it would mean cutting out the drywall to remove the old part and put in a new one from another brand, no doubt at a much greater cost. This is something we managed to avoid this time. Overall the problem was resolved and the shower is ready!

I had a water heater leak and Valice Plumbing came through big time. They showed up after hours to assess the situation and returned first thing the next morning to install a brand new water heater. While they were here, they also replaced a broken sprinkler valve without hesitation. It’s a father-and-son team, and you can tell they’re highly experienced and truly care about their work.
